The staff is usually polite and courteous. The food isn't always great. I eat/ate here frequently over the years. I've gotten sick a number of times from the food but also, they tend to forget something in my order a good percentage of the time I go. I always have to call or return to the store for missing items if I don't check before I leave the parking lot.
