Chicken not fresh lukewarm not even hot dude at the window was pressed that I didn't give him my code before ordering as if I'm a Popeyes expert and like I know I have to do that. They forgot my side of mac & cheese that came with my meal overall not a great experience.
My order was wrong and the guy taking my order seemed very distracted.
Placed an order for Popcorn Shrimp via Ubereats and asked for cocktail sauce. When I received my food the sauce was missing (if I wanted “no sauce” I would’ve indicated that on my order) and the straw was bent and cracked due to being tangled in the bag’s handle. This is the second time this specific location has messed up my order due to not paying attention to detail, which is a red flag when it comes to handling food for customers. I love Popeyes but this location is often out of items or ask you to wait a inordinate amount of time for something to get made. I have had much better success with the nearby route 1 location.
