I purchase a 3 piece white meat chicken from the dumfries location. Normally, I love popeyes, their employees need to go back to basics. The chicken was horrible. I do not know if they are changing their oil at the proper time or just plain neglect. The manager should be fired serving crap like that
This my 3rd time coming here and the spicy chicken was out all 3 times. One time I had to wait 20 minutes now I have to wait 12 minutes smh. This is ridiculous!! At least give a discount if your going to keep making customers wait 10 to 20 minutes for food. Why hasn't an action plan been put in place yet? Issues like this shouldn't be an ongoing thing.
So I bought a 14 piece tender meal 2 large sides with an extra large mash potatoes gravy on the side. They gave me 1 single spoon full of gravy. Not a scoop a spoon! When I went back to the store the managers acted like” yea that’s full portion “. Ma’am that’s not even the portion size for a SMALL let alone a LARGE. So she goes into the back and come back with the same amount IN A LARGER CONTAINER!! Let this soak in.
Always delicious, just more expensive than other Popeyes in the area.
