Edit: There has been a new general manager for a couple of months and things have consistently improved. Original Review: I have been to many locations across the region and this location always manages to be the worst in all aspects. Only two people working at this time although the male that was working was hustling and doing his best the female behind the counter was quite the opposite. I asked for all dark meat and when my order was finally made I received two breast and wings. Seriously need to teach people the difference. And when I pointed it out I was given more wings. This place never ever takes my order on time ever. Every time i go here i have to wait to get my order taken for like 10 minutes while they have 1 or NO customers. Most recently watched a lady leave and so did me and a friend after 15 minutes of no service.
