We ordered in the app, which is an absolute scam, when we got to the store they were, "Understaffed so they didnt cook any food." He said it would be a 25-35 minute wait. We didn't want to wait but because I used the app I couldn't get a refund. After days and days of trying to get customer service we finally found a way to a person instead of AI. All of that to be told they'd only refund me within 47 hours. So now they have my $33+ and I've got nothing but a pi$$ed off attitude for the absolute worst customer service.
We had a FABULOUS lunch - the chicken sandwiches were out of this world - so big & very flavorful! The fries were fresh & well-seasoned. LOVED that there was an unsweetened pineapple iced tea option! The lady who waited on us was super friendly, made great eye contact & was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back!!!
