Looks like they were very short staffed the day I went. None of them look like they were enjoying their job. I have yet to have a very good experience in any of the Popeyes in Charlotte compared to where I've eaten all over the country. And I absolutely miss their onion rings.
Manager on duty at 6:45pm on September 4,2026 needs to be fired!!! The employee rude cause the manager allows it! My food old and nasty looking! Nobody on the inside and drive thur empty. All the drinks I asked for unavailable or the machine down! Why are ya’ll open? Please don’t apologize just do better! The owner can reply to all these comments but can’t fix the issues. Same issue different customers maybe it’s time to step in the restaurant and do some work!
