This popeyes either out of chicken or machine down. I will give this place 1 year and they will be closed. I don't understand how you sell chicken and out of chicken. If your machine is down in the drive thru why not swipe my card at the register inside. They must want to lose business this is nuts
Not the Popeyes I'm use to. Food was greasy. Staff unprofessional.
Food is decent customer service is terrible. Been here twice and its the same experience. Wait time is crazy even if its slow. I've also never been to a business that wont give you an ice water. On top of that you can hardly see the menu because no one has even trimmed the shrubs.
Very poor and rude service and the employees have zero customer service skills. For a take out that i order on line, first they made me wait a good 25 min even though the order says it’s ready for pick up- then after the wait they said there is no order for me, when I showed the on line receipt, they gave me my stuff - upon reaching home I realize they gave me the wrong order, not what I order. I tried to call and their phone don’t work!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT SPOT.
