Great food!
Chicken was a little greasy but good. This was my first time to Charles Town Popeyes.
They always mess my order up. Something is always missing, I ordered a 4 piece and got 3. Ordered extra biscuits and they weren't in the bag. I could go on but this location has disappointed me time and time again.
Waited 25 mins for a 5 pc tender meal was told it take 6mins which did not. I go inside and the manager too busy talking to her friends .
