While attempting to fulfill an order through doordash your management/employee refused to make the order for one of my customers because the order hadn't come through on their printer. I had the order on my phone and when I went to show the person the order they outright refused to make the order costing my income for that order and making my customer very upset. Always clean, always friendly. This was 7 years ago. Now they are still clean and friendly but I'm sure that they are having difficulty finding good help.
went inside to get meals. several employees walked by me at the counter but not one acknowledged I was there. No one even said I’ll be right with you. After several minutes I simply walked out. There’s plenty of other chicken choices to be had in Charlotte Hall.
