I love Popeyes and think the food is delicious. The problem is that I used the app to purchase dinner for my family, and shortly after placing the order, the app notified me that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it turns out my order was not ready at all. This is extremely frustrating because the whole point of receiving a notification saying your order is ready is so you know when to leave and pick it up. The food was mid and the manager Amy was super rude 0/10 she was disrespectful, gave me a rude tone of voice & was being rude to her employees. She should be fired of placed in a lower position by the way she treats people & acts.
Omg!!!!! The staff sucks. So unfriendly. Maybe someone peed in their cereal this morning or something. Workers seemed like they have a chip on their shoulders. This isn't my first time here. Last time, the same thing. I would not recommend this restaurant to my dog unless your dog has an attitude problem as well.
