Staff yelling at each other in front of customers. Completely unprofessional. Everyone is in the back yelling at each other loud enough to hear across the restaurant. The food is great except the chicken itself is always low quality. I believe it’s the manager that started all the yelling. Not sure who is at fault but it just wasn’t handled professionally at all.
The chicken is already dead, no need to to cook it to death.
This location is awful. Every time I come to this store after 9 they either closed early or not making anymore chicken. Today, I came at 945pm and they had no chicken left. You can’t tell me y’all always slow and you don’t have anymore chicken. The last time I was able to actually order they messed my entire order up. Then they never answered the phone to correct it. As someone who frequents the Woodstock location, they have improved tremendously. I’m guessing they switched management. This location needs new management too.
This popeye's has been a huge disappointment since they opened. I continually get burned every single time. Love Popeyes, just not this location. I can't see mecever going back, unfortunately.
My food is always good and fresh, as I request. It's just always sooooooooooo COLD IN HERE!!!!!!!!! Do y'all not want people to dine in???
