Place had NO DRINKs, didn't read the to go order properly, so my order was wrong, and didn't provide plastic ware. The young girl at window needs to be more professional. Manager was no help. This location needs help. Will not be back.

Food was good this time. Service was friendly at the window. Unfortunately, we realized we were short one piece that we paid extra for and didn’t get the ones that were requested in the app. Customer service would not do anything because we already ate some and they require a picture for proof. From reading the other comments, it appears that getting the order wrong was not an isolated incident.

Here’s a polished, clear, and professional version that keeps the tone firm but readable: Long wait in the drive-thru. No receipt was provided, even after requesting one. Steph stated they did not know how to modify the receipt. The food was old and cold. The fryer grease tastes burnt and clearly needs to be changed immediately. Staff at this location appear to need additional training. Based on today’s visit, I would not recommend this location. Overall, an extremely poor experience.
