The staff were friendly, attentive, and listened carefully to my needs. They made sure they understood exactly what I wanted. Even when they were very busy, if there was a mistake with my order, they corrected it quickly and professionally without any argument. The food was served hot, cooked perfectly, and exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Chicken was cold, overcooked to where it was dried out and tasted like old burnt grease. Usually I eat here quite frequently but the last few times the service was confusing and the food tasted off like its old
I visited this Popeyes today via the drive thru and I did not get what I ordered. It was when I arrived to my destination I discovered my order was wrong and I did not feel like driving back to the restaurant so I could get what I originally ordered and paid for. I attempted to contact the restaurant four times and no one answered the phone.
Man! This location was the best I've been to in years! Fast friendly service at the frint counter, and my food came out fast and it was nice and hot! Thanks for the great service!
