Hello Popeyes First time dining in this location and will be my Last. The Manager on Duty is Very Professional and Friendly he was working drive thru and taking orders at the Counter. around 12:25-1:00pm Lunch time. However i felt Very uncomfortable with the Cook following me out to the parking lot. This was around 1:00pm-1:15pm on 5/4/2026 or a little after. Short staffed to the point where they should have closed or closed the inside and should have just run the drive thru . The Staff couldn’t give me a refund on card . Also they weren’t able to clearly communicate with customers. Also one worker touched their hair and another customer had to complain for them to wash their hands.

I placed a mobile order today and received a message that the order was ready. When I got there, the person at the register said I had to wait 12 minutes because “there’s no chicken”. When I asked her why I received a message that the order was ready, she acted like it was my fault because I asked for dark meat only. I told her then they shouldn’t have sent me a message that the order was ready. No response.
