Couldn’t even order. Got told by the gal working that their systems are down. How are you at work and working if your systems are down? I hope this location goes out of business. I’m not sure if Popeyes is sucking as an entire corporation or if it’s literally just the locations in SW MO. But, for sure every time we’ve been it’s always been a bad experience. That’s 100% for sure what you can expect.
If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I placed and order at 6:35pm for a scheduled pickup at 7:20pm. I arrived at 7:17pm and my order was already ready. It was cold and soggy. I went back through the drive thru, they claimed they accidentally must have dropped it too early and remade it. Now it's after 7:30pm and a girl comes out to bring me my order and starts BLAMING ME for my food being cold. She said I should have called them to tell them not to drop it until closer to 7:20. Went tonight. Ordered 1 chicken sandwich. They said that they were out of cooked chicken after I paid at the window and that it would take awhile. I pulled forward and waited. There was one person eating in the restaurant that I could see from outside, nobody in line, and no other cars in the drive through. I waited for a long time and ended up having to leave without the sandwich.
How many times can one go when it’s a 25 minute wait for chicken from a chicken place? Multiple times I have went, and they’ve been out of chicken. Make it make sense be better! Pathetic
