I just went today around 12:30pm and this was my first time coming to this location and all I have to say is I probably won’t be back. The Indian man upfront who took my order overcharged me for something and tried to tell me they don’t do refunds. When I called him out on it he spoke to the other worker who was probably the manager I’m not sure who then started giving me a dirty look mind you before the incident she was smiling at me the whole time me being in the store. So much attitude in there :( and service isn't the same it has changed and management is very very rude, when we tried to address issues she handled it very passive aggressive and didn't speak to us. Tried to solve a problem with our order and when I reached out to customer service they didn't respond until next day 3 pm and then wanted us to have a photo of specific things missing. The food is long gone by then. Just disappointing.
