Came to pick-up order placed online. App said I could go to counter or drive-through. I tried to go to the counter and the door was locked. Drive through was okay. Got home with food and it was horrible! I truly mean it! Spent $22 on chicken, and we threw it away. I love Popeyes chicken! It’s like Christmas. Takes forever and you never know what you’re gonna get.
I cannot say or stress this enough, worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The workers are rude, INCREDIBLY incompetent, and they’re always out of chicken. It doesn’t matter if it’s a mobile or, to go order, or for here, they always mess it up. Placed a mobile order, said they didn’t have the chicken and refused to refund me.
