The dining area was locked at 6pm on a Saturday with ten cars in the drive through and the only way to get an online order already paid for is get in line and wait. Last time I order from here.
I went in and two people were waiting in front of me. For 15 minutes we all stood, the line growing longer, while not one single employee paid attention to us. No one came to the register. Worse yet, employees would occasionally glance in our direction, as if acknowledging that we were all standing there, and go on about talking with each other. Not even the manager stopped to take anyone's order. I, and several others, left. I would have hoped, post-renovation, that the service would have improved, but I was wrong.
Fresh and hot. Taste great
The service really sucks there people waiting to get there orders didn't have no chicken fried up it was bad they was people walking out at 400pm today because the line was so long.
