Very disappointing experience at Popeyes Orillia. I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. The customer service was terrible — the staff were rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. The food quality was just as bad: the chicken was overcooked, dry, and oily, and the fries tasted old, as if they had been sitting for a long time. Last night around 10 I had the pleasure of waiting at least 50 minutes on 2 chicken tender meals and a chicken sandwich. Other then the lady working on the register this was one of the worse popeyes experiences I've ever had. If you're in a rush or looking to eat within the hour, I highly recommend going else where. Or driving to the barrie location, it might be faster and a better over all experience. To top it off, when I finally got to eat when I got gome, there were no dipping sauces 🤷🏼♂️
