Shut the store down or better yet hire new employees I had the worst experience today to the point I’m trying to get in contact with corporate whoever was taking orders Sunday August 17 around 3:15 needs to be let go like today I came through the drive-through and tried to order six piece ghost pepper wings. The lady was so rude. She’s like Popeyes does not hold or sell ghost pepper wings anymore and it’s not even about the wings. Clothes breading on the chicken sandwich wasnt cooked enough. Should of listened to all the 1 star reviews on this place and went elsewhere.
Went there today 08/11/2025.This is the most disorganized Popeyes I have ever been to. Employees are like zombies. Ordered a chicken Sandwich and was overcooked and extra crispy. Management do not know what they are doing. People witing for service and other items.
The coleslaw was rancid and some of the chicken wasn't fully cooked won't be coming back here anymore....needs new management to keep workers in check
