...was my very first time dining at this establishment. Placed an online for a chicken sandwich, five piece order of chicken, and a order of strawberry biscuits. Arrived at the location to pick up my order and was informed that they had no chicken sandwiches, no biscuits(the oven was off), nor had any whole pieces of chicken. My name is Cheryl Brooks today I went through my hometown Popeyes and I'll tell you what I got the fried pickle chicken and I got the tenders and it was banging it was the best it was so hot the temperature it was just fantastic. shout out to all the employees at Popeyes in Monroe Georgia Walton county
This location is absolutely ridiculous. I stopped by today to get the 3 for $5 deal and asked for white meat and spicy chicken. The girl told me it "depends on what the person puts in the box." I couldn’t believe it. I asked why I couldn't get exactly what I wanted through the drive-thru, especially when I can order it on the app, and she gave the same vague response. Apparently, Popeyes now offers a "mystery box" of chicken, and you never know what you're getting until you open it. I’ve never experienced anything like this ... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would ! Unbelievable. I ordered online when I went to pick it up the manager said they have no record of the order & to call other locations to see if they received it. Uhhh, no I don’t think so! I asked for a refund, showed the receipt which confirmed I was at the right location. The manager said there was nothing they could do about it & I need to contact corporate. I went to “customer support” on the app & was told it would be 24-48 hours for them to get back to me.
