My daughter and i and my two grandsons, ages 3 &6 were at the Township 5 restaurant (store 13827) on SuperBowl Sunday at about 5:30. We mobile ordered a family meal to eat in the restaurant. They were busy with a lot of drive through but our food was ready in a short amount of time and was fresh and enjoyable. The crew of workers were polite and courteous. The Manager, Michael was so nice to use and to my grandsons. He went above and beyond! Thank you Michael, all mangers should take a lesson from you. We will be back soon.
This place used to have terrible service but I think theres a new manager because its drastically better. I love the chicken sandwich and red beans and rice.
The best Popeye's in the Syracuse area.
