Bless their hearts! As usual, getting food from our favorite fast food chicken requires patients and low expectations. Yep, high marks for the food, but this is a four-star rating on a FAST FOOD SCALE. I've come to the point in my long life but I cannot compare a fast food experience to a sit-down restaurant with servers. How this location is still open is beyond me. This place is the worst.
Chicken and biscuit was overcooked and dry. Messed up our drink order nor once, not twice but three times! Staff was rude
