yall would never believe this but i have all the receipts to prove it!!! i went there to pick up an online order placed in the app in the evening about 530-6pm and they said that i needed to cancel the order because they did not have everything in the order; specifically stating i ordered white meat when they only had dark meat. i was kinda like 'huh' but was like 'ok' and then re-placed my SAME order except replacing white meat with dark meat. i returned back in line to re-pick up my second order. then upon returning they t... read more
Love Popeyes so much I got 2 gift cards for my birthday! Unfortunately, the cashier was unable to get it to work (manager) and although I knew 100% it had money on it, they told me it was empty. I decided to forget it and pay out of pocket... No chicken sandwiches, no mild tenders, no apple pies! Cashier became annoyed, like I knew they didn't have chicken, so went with the only thing. Ghost pepper. Oh well, won't be going there anymore!!!
Customer service is Terrible took 10 minutes for the cashier to take the order . She didn’t know I was dining in and luckily I did because she gave me chicken without sides or a biscuit BOTH combos I ordered were missing sides . Only reason it gets one star is because the food was good
