I find it very hard to understand that the corporate office allows these doors to be closed every day I come as an Uber eats order to pick up and the lobby is closed. How is it that this is allowed I don’t think they’re allowed to close their doors, I think the upper management needs to get into contact with the management of these stores and ask them. Terrible service. I paid for my order at 5:23 pm (super simple order...3 piece combo, spicy all legs, mashed potatoes and unsweet tea). After I paid I was told to go to side of building to wait for my order. At this time there was one car waiting so me and car behind me pulled up to wait for food. At 5:40 1st car got their food (3 boxes of food), the car behind me got their food at 5:47 (again, 3 boxes of food), the lady taking food out told me that I would have to wait for spicy chicken. The food was fresh, great service, and friendly positive atmosphere!
This unassuming Popeyes always has fresh, crispy, hot chicken and quick service. I worked for 2 years, evey station, at the popeyes in mandeville in high school 1990, I can tell you these people know what to do and usually have me in and out in less than 5 minutes. No AMEX accepted FYI.
I didn't get spicy chicken strips or wings i asked for or the extra biscuit. They did say they were short handed, when I asked about my order they wasn't interested in what I had to say so I just left.
