Date of visit-10/11/26 @~1:25PM. Entered store and did the kiosk to place our order. While waiting for our food, the middle aged black female employee kept yappy about something being "retarded". She kept saying it, while another customer was at the counter looking uncomfortable waiting for her food. Then, another employee hands me 1 cups, should have 2. Had to ask for 2nd cup. No lids, coke was out. And then, didn't get a fry or the Mac that I paid for. Place is a joke and they need to replace the staff immediately
This place always amuses me, especially when I order my favorite blackened chicken, they make it always late with smallest size of tenders for me, may be this just me but other Popeyes places does just good. Anyway, I ordered an online lunch with additional sides. I picked up my food via drive-through. When I reached home I figured the sides were missing.
