I refuse to go to another location ! The costumer service here at this location is like no other Miss Jazzmin MAKES that location , i have never met anyone like her . No one I mean nobody has the customer service skills she has. I am a regular there. And when she is there she passes that positive attitude around to the staff !!!!! She make u feel welcome and is very very personable each experience at that location especially when she’s there is a memorable one and makes you wanna come back so I wanna give a shout out to her ... read more
Wish I could give 0 stars, had a small mobile order and was told to wait in a parking space. Ended up waiting 25 minutes watching people who pulled up after me get their food before me even though I only had a meal for one. Probably the worst "fast" food service I've ever seen, don't waste your time here and just go to an actual restaurant, it'll be faster.
Quick and easy at the drive through!
I Ordered a 5 piece chicken meal, got home and it was 3 piece chicken tenders...I should have checked before leaving but was in a hurry to get ready for work, and had to go back to replace it...I just feel staff should be the first to pay attention to giving out the right orders...
