Slow and forgetful
I placed a large online order to pick up at a later time. The order was ready to go at the exact time, and all of the food was very good. I was surprised that the food was still quite warm when I got it home. The online transaction and payment all went smoothly.
Went through the drive through and got home to find half my order was missing. After calling 3 times and them finally answering the phone, I relayed the mistake. The store manager said it was put in the bag and she didn’t know what happened to it!!! She refused to acknowledge their mistake basically accusing me of lying. I swear I will NEVER EAT AT A POPEYE’S AGAIN!!!!!
