Ordered in the Drive-Thru. Ordered a family meal with two sides and biscuits. Was asked to pull forward to wait for my order, fine. Waited over 20 minutes for my order to get brought to me, ended up backing up to the drive-thru window asking where my order was and they had given it to someone else and then scrambled to put it together without even so much as an apology. Cannot recommend this place, won't be going back.
Placed an order for pickup on the Popeyes app. Was given the wrong food. Notified an employee that the food is wrong and they told me to contact support on the app since it’s a mobile order. The mobile app utilizes an AI chat bot for support and it prevented me from receiving a refund. I presented the bot with a picture and it determined that I did not take the picture.
