Well I walked in today with a coupon for two can dine 6 pcs tenders it’s was a paper coupon. When I ordered she took the coupon which clearly said 6 tenders then proceeded to put five in a box and told me if she rang up my coupon it would charge me 18.99 and it’s was old however the coupon expires 12/25/25 I’m glad I took a pic of it!! It feels like shady business for no reason the persons name is Renee and her attitude is less than the best. Popeyes need to demand better from people in charge in their locations. Had the occasion to go by the drive-thru on Tuesday, 09 Sep.25 about 1700 hours. The person taking the order could barely hear me, with soo much noise in the back ground. Poor management. Even upon moving up to the drive- thru window. The staff was acting as if they were at a club. Just chaotic inside. Just sad no one is teaching the young employees professionalism. S M H
After sitting in the driveway through for over 25 minutes I was told to pull around and they would bring my mobile order out. When I received it the food was cold.
