I have never been to a worse Popeyes! Last week I went through the drive thru for a 3 peice blackened tenders combo with a macaroni and cheese, jalapeno, and an extra macaroni and cheese for my daughter. We got pulled to the front to wait on the chicken, which was fine. I appreciate it being made to order. We waited 20 minutes before I finally went in and asked for my money back to find out they gave my order to the wrong person. Great food, great value.
Really slow and apathetic staff. The bowl of red beans and rice wasn't even full. Update 24Feb2025 Much friendlier staff. Quick service. The biscuit was not only warm but soft and delicious. The rice was fresh and not almost hard and crusty. Well done Popeye's way to improve. Thank you
