I placed an order at around 8:52 PM on Jan 14. When I arrived to pick it up, the store was already closed, even though the app still showed it as open and confirmed my order. There was a staff member inside the store, and I drove around trying to speak to someone through the drive-thru speaker, but no one responded. I considered going inside for assistance, but the doors were locked. I also called the store, but no one answered, and the mailbox was full. This dude massiah/messiah(sorry forgot how to spell your name)working up front was great. Went in today 1/18/25 and there’s only 3 workers working. Ordered the 9 piece chicken and waited 20-25 minutes because it was fried fresh and he was the only one packing food for other orders as well(dashers and drive through). He did apologize for the wait time and had good customer service.

Manger was extremely rude she tried to act like she was on break took 30 min for my food and her behavior just had and than tried to use the cameras to make herself look like a victim when I was literally talking to myself and she took things to a different turn didn't wear any gloves when making my food and disrespectful handled my food
