No items with chicken on my order were delivered.. popeyes forgot them. How is that possible.
I visited this restaurant a couple of hours ago we ordered a four-piece chicken wing dinner it was almost $17 with one side and a medium drink, when we arrived home the small macaroni and cheese was not in the bag, I've called several times and no one has answered,,, the price was so high I'm very angry that I didn't get everything that I paid for
Ordered through drive thru because dining room was closed at 11A. Ordered 8 pc shrimp and 3 pc chic tenders… only rec’d 5 shrimp and 2 chic tenders… waited in drive thru for 10 minutes —only car in line. No apologies for the wait…no fond farewell at all. I do not recommend this location.
The food is usually pretty decent, which is the ONLY reason we come back. The prices are a bit high for certain things, especially if the value doesn't match. If you get fries and no sauce, then how good are the fries just by themselves? The customer service is terrible. They never give you a price at the drive up menu when you order. If you ask for sauce on the side, you might as well ask a brick wall because forget it, NO SAUCE FOR YOU!
