Went through the drive through on Saturday 9/20/2025. Or a sandwich and chicken strip meal. Was told that it would be 5 minutes if we wanted to sandwich. They asked us to pull over into the parking lot and would bring out food right you. The time on our receipt for payment was 10:14 PM. The food was both brought out until 10:46!!! This was ridiculous no apology no accountability just a group of employees screwing around. 30 minutes for “fast food” , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

There’s not one things I can say good about Popeyes! Not sure how it remains in operation.

I had to wait 45 minutes just for a family combo? At some point, all the employees disappear for a couple of minutes, leaving the store alone. And we were waiting for our food.

Drive through was closed because of quote "Technical difficulties" had to order inside. no knew what was going on, everyone working was yelling back-and-forth to each other confused. different mobile orders were mixed up and sitting there, waiting on the counter. While we were all standing there waiting for food. I got things that were already ready. I could see them, but they weren't giving them to us? Many were not wearing hairnets while handling food. Seemed very unhygienic, will not be back.
