Horrible experience. Placed my order online 30 minutes before arriving to ensure my food would be ready when I came to pick up. When I got there, I was told 10 more minutes, after 15 minutes I came back and was told another 10 minutes from a very rude unprofessional employee. Then my food STILL wasn’t ready after that, so now it’s been about an hour. They finally came outside 5-10 minutes later, but was missing half of my order. On August 3rd I ordered from Arlington Rd.. NEVER AGAIN!!! Absolutely the RUDEST People I've ever dealt with and that's saying a lot. I would not ever eat at this Popeyes again even if it was free. I made an online order and they ran out of the flavor of wings I ordered and did not tell me until I arrived to pick up my order. They had my phone number and didn't call to let me know before I got there and then refused my refund and the lady I was talking to, to try and get my food or money was talking to me and then just walke... read more

Every time I come to this location or another, I have problems. Whether it be through the app, delivery or in drive-thru. The people are rude, the store isn’t clean, the wait times are ridiculous and to top it off the food is cold and hard by the time you even get it. They need to close down or get all new staff and whoever the DM is, SUCKS!
