Absolutely awful experience. If you like waiting an hour to get your order totally wrong, this is the spot for you! It’s especially good if you like seeing people rip through the drive through and get their food in 5 minutes while you wait, ignored, in the lobby. I won’t even look at this place next time I drive by, the sight of it will forever sicken me. Seriously this place is garbage, save yourself the money and trouble and go anywhere else.
The food is way overpriced and the quality is not worth it. The staff was friendly, and that was the only positive.
I was really disappointed with the chicken. I went to two different places and the first one in st Helen's Oregon had the flavor of old grease and the chicken was mostly crust and hardly any meat . The second place I went wasn't any better, hardly any meat and the biscuits were hard as a rock . I will not be going there ever again
11/2025 Still never have chicken legs. This is ridiculous. I hate coming here but my family makes me because the other one is too far 😭 *Update:* I am disappointed to compare my previous review from a few years ago to my current experience. I have encountered numerous issues with this establishment since then. While I understand that customer service challenges can occur, the quality of the food has been consistently poor.
