It never fails. No matter how I order or what I order, I am always waiting at LEAST 10 minutes in the drive thru. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered via the app ahead of time so they could make it ahead of time: 10 minute wait. I ordered a small 8 piece chicken only in the drive thru. 10 minute wait. Little Nicky might have been right about Popeyes chicken 20 years ago, but I just can't even bring myself to like it even a little. The service was nice, the atmosphere just like any other fast food. I just got chicken tenders and cheese bites. Meh
My wife and I used the drive thru on July 31. Previous to going there I had read online reviews complaining about the employees. I thought they were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I also read that orders were missing some items. The employee at the window read back everything we asked for to ensure all items were there. They were indeed there.
