Ordered the $7 box on the app. Food was fresh, food, not greasy like it used to be. Got a free lie for using the app. No complaints! Pleasantly surprised!
After driving all day decided to treat myself to my favorite meal all to find out they couldn’t sell me 4 individual wings. Never have I ever been told by any Popeyes they couldn’t sell me what I was ordering. Then while trying to clarify the manager was rude. Terrible experience.
Very disappointed with my experience at Popeyes this morning. I asked if they could replace the TINY chicken leg I was given, and Lakiyah (name on receipt 81800) told me, “All the legs are small.” I then said ANY other piece would be fine, and this is the thigh I was given! 😩 When I picked it up, it literally CRUMBLED apart. And this was at 10:30 A.M.—the store had JUST OPENED! There is absolutely no reason the chicken should already look and taste like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
