I ordered DoorDash from them and it took them 40 minutes !!!!! My dasher was the only one there!!!! What the hell is going on with this location???
It is completely amazing. You take a good idea and great recipe. Mix it with bad customer service. I don’t care how good the food is. The company is gonna choke and that’s all I got. Today was horrible. Horrible service. It’s not the first complaint not the first notice, but I just hate that such a great idea and great recipe is gonna go to waste. .
I don't know how someone managed this, but I ordered the chicken sandwich combo on Doordash and clicked on the option of No Mayo with it. And I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I unwrapped it. It looked like someone dump the whole jar of mayonnaise on the sandwich and was completely dripping on the side. I already contact Doordash about it, but when I called the store to speak to the manager about my complaint, she was just very rude. It raw wings bqq honey and ghost pepper wings I wish refund money today
My husband and I placed an order on 4th of July and when we showed up here the building was already closed and the online AI robot when we tried to get a refund just couldn't handle it so I came up to the actual location and talk to the manager Brandon he is the sweetest man ever he was able to remake my order for me since he couldn't give me a refund through the app thank God for this man Brandon! Popeyes y'all are lucky to have him working for you.
