Staff working knows nothing of customer service. They are not client friendly and just keep taking orders but feeling none.
The worst of the worst people working there. I can't understand how this establishment is still in business. They are rude and couldn't care less about paying customers. I should have read the reviews before I visited! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this particular Popeyes location. Shame on Popeyes for allowing this to continue!
Bad attitude No customer service My family order wasn’t correct
This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. As much as y’all invest in commercials, maybe you should help your restaurants invest in better ppl. Attitude was ridiculous all because I wanted something that I could clearly see on the menu but was told it was online only. What in the heck is that about. I’m done with yall and telling others also. I drove away and went to Burger King.
