Workers seem completely incompetent and the manager seems to be just as lost, and barking orders to everyone and just overall really shitty attitude. Visited here while driving through Little Rock for my vacation and happy to be away from that building. Worst fast food joint I have EVER been too.
Kinda slow, tbh, but a necessary stop when I am exhausted and the family is demanding fried chicken. I really appreciate that the app allows me to order a family sized box that's all chicken thighs. My kid always has to have the sandwich. I just wish they'd remember the biscuits. It's been a while since I actually got biscuits in my order.
Stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement that I existed. Walked out and will not be back. Terribly ran restaurant!
The food was OK. There was a lady being for money that followed us over there from another location. The service was OK nothing over the top. Not my favorite location.
They dont know how to take order nor do they know how to fulfill the order. They try their best to not give you a receipt so ypu cant go back. I ordered 24 piece and sweet heat plus blacked ranch. The charged $64. And gave an incomplete meal. And no sauces
