Their app is easy to use and work with. The people are always nice. Every time I've gone the chicken has been fresh.

If I can give this place a zero star I would I get off of work and I just want a spicy sandwich and they say they are closed like I’m honestly really disappointed because I work so hard and I just want some food to eat this place is horrible never go here they really don’t care about any of us and just want to go home
Yesterday 6pm. Waited behind a car for 7mins for them to place their order. Waited at the menu/speaker for 7 mins for some1 to take my order. Moved up in the line of 1 car, and waited 13mins and the car in front of me didnt move, as they had paid. Backed out and left and went to Bill Millers. 5th car in line, and wasnt there 10mins. BTW, 2 employees were outside smoking, most of the time. 27minutes of waisted time, and we like their chicken, smh
The lady taking the orders at the drive-thru was rude and not kind at all ( ernistine ) she didn't greet me when I went up to the window or say one word. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me extra mayonnaise even though I asked her. Did they get extra pickles? She said yes. Horrible hospitality.
