We paid for special online. When we pulled up NOBODY was there. Very frustrating and bad business
Today we went through the drive thru and we went through pretty quick. Service was good but the food that we received upon arriving home to eat, was a disappointment. We ordered the 12pc family meal with 2 sides. The fries were cold and overcooked, the chicken was still not cooked through. I think the only thing from the order that was good were the biscuits.
