I went shopping at the store yesterday,I was given the wrong order, and the person who served me smelled of alcohol. I also tried calling the manager but got no response terrible service.
Terrible. Order food from here through uber eats and they told me that they made it three times and a different person stole it each time. The manager is also mean and nasty and hung up the phone on me.
I placed a pickup order at the Popeyes drive-thru, and the experience was disappointing. There were three employees in orange shirts standing around talking and laughing while only one employee in a black shirt was actually working. With two cars in front of me and at least five cars waiting behind me, it was frustrating to see so many employees not helping during such a busy time. The employees work so hard at this Popeye's! Don't get mad if you have to wait because you get fresh hot chicken afterwards. They never mess up my order & it's always hot & fresh. Thank you to the people who work there! Gast Food is a hard job!
It would be 0 stars if Google lets me!! Ordered online for pick up at 12pm, got to the drive through at 12:13pm and was told to wait 15mins for dark meat and they would bring it out to the car for me. Waited for 20 mins in the car with 3 hangry kids in 100F weather before having to go in to the restaurant and asked multiple times when the food will be ready.
