Called over 20 times about my order missing ALL sides and no answer have receipt and still cant get compensated
Listen ive given this Popeyes so many chances. Dont get me wrong they have an A rating and thats why I go but when I tell you there is ALWAYS I MEAN ALWAYS something missing from my order. Another time they charged me for someone elses order and looked in my bag and THAT ORDER WAS WRONG LOL when I looked at that receipt. Yes they resolve the issues but people be tired and dont always check till they go home. Or too tired to walk in to get it resolved. EVERYTIME I come here it’s the most disrespectful and dismissive customer service I have ever witnessed. Instead of taking orders and actually making the food, there a re MULTIPLE ppl just standing around. I sat in line INSIDE THE STORE WITH ONLY 2 other customers in line with me for over 20 minutes and the cashier girl is just doing everything else but take our order. THERE IS NO EXCUSE OTHER THAN EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT.
