Went thru the drive thru today and ordered 2 plain chicken sandwiches. Opened the bag after getting back on the interstate and found that both sandwiches were spicy which we cannot eat. What a waste. Owner: your copied and pasted reply is meaningless. A decent reply would have been to make it right!
