I went like 10 min ago and I’m upset so I’m going to write this review. All I asked for was a 3 piece chicken tender freshly made. I said I don’t mind waiting the place closes at 11pm and it is 9:20pm. The manager was rude and told me it was fresh when it was not. Then she tells me it came out 6 minutes ago. I have been to that Popeyes plenty of times before the chicken tenders were not fresh. So basically we ordered and Mid sentence the lady says “ChICkeN oR tEnDEr”. Then when we pulled up to the window they forgot to give us our sause And drink and even one of our food items. We had to re order it then when we pulled up they said “it’s a 7 minute wait” We waited 15 minutes and then they finally gave us our food. I am very disappointed.
This was my 3rd time at this location. I am happy to say that all 3x Yoendry took care of me at the counter. He was extremely helpful with helping me order as I am not familiar with the menu and made suggestions as well. I appreciate that great customer service provided, you don't get that everywhere now a days.
