I love Popeye's normally. The food was great but the woman we ordered from just didn't listen to anything I was saying. It led to us having a lot wrong.

I waited 20 minutes for an order I placed in the lobby- just two chicken dipper basket combos. The store was not busy, there was one person waiting for their food and the drive thru was empty when we ordered. I saw my food waiting on the back counter to be served for many minutes before they actually called my number, they called my number when I finally got frustrated enough and went to check on our food.
