The lack of customer service from the store manager of the day shift is unbelievable. Order my food online through the app at 11am 30mins afyer the store opened. My chicken was cold and old and side's were cold. When I notified the store I was told they can replace my chicken but not my sides. When I spoke with the manager she told me I said the chicken was cold but not my sides and that they had me on speakerphone. There's never a time, and I sincerely mean it, There's NEVER a time you can go there and have a pleasant experience. Understaffed, Something is always broken, can't find it open whenever they're supposed to be open. How this place stayed in business so long 🤔 it's gotta be the chicken.
