Food is great / service is absolutely AWEFUL!!!!!!!!! Maybe some of the worst in the fast food business! I am pretty sure they run this place off of 100% employees that have been terminated from all other fast food restaurants for bad attitude and customer service! It seems to get worse every time I come in here!
Staff had an attitude and were slow. My order was completely wrong and some was cold. When I called back to lay them know they sounded super irritated. I've been a long time customer and order here every few weeks. I have minor issues when I come and continued to be a loyal customer but after this evening I don't recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Today was my first visit to this Popeyes location. The food was good and we went through the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. However, the customer service is lacking... We were the only car in the line, waited for quite a while, and our order was incorrect. There appeared to be a lot of confusion taking place between crew members. If it wasn't Sunday, I would have chosen to go to Chick-fil-A across the street.
The staff are absolutely wonderful here especially ra. Would definitely recommend here. Absolutely love the customer service
