First time ordering at this location, and I ordered 3 pc spicy tender combo. My chicken was rubbery, cold and not spicy, and not crispy. Very disappointing, I was very upset. Never had nasty food from other Popeyes before. Threw everything away

I never got my food. I got a promo code for a free sandwich, and it worked on me – ordered a combo, plus my free sandwich, on the app on my way home. I got there, and nobody was out front and my order was nowhere to be found. Folks – both adults and teenagers – walked by and nobody said a word. Eventually, after a half hour standing there (with several other folks also receiving no attention), I just left and filled out the form online for a refund.
