Ordered 3 spicy tenders last night (8/23/25). My tenders were undercooked, and the sweet tea was nasty. I ended up throwing my food away.
If I could give -star I would the young Spanish that call his self supervisor/shft supervisor is very rude.They sold old chicken that was refried
as I just so happen to be going into the restroom I seen one of the cooks come out the stall and adjusting his pants so I know he definitely used the bathroom, leave right back out without washing his hands and I then seen him back at the Popeyes dealing with the food.
They have terrible customer service and very unfriendly, to make matters worse I was told that I had to spend a certain amount of money to get a mall discount which was bogus because it doesn’t say it in there policy 👎❌🚫
