Great food! Amazing service! Friendly staff! Dirty storefront. Broken equipment in bathroom. Old worn out tables. Needs updates.
The food was horrendous as for the price, it was not justify. Especially the customer service. These employees are terrible they scream at us like we’re patronizing them.
This place never gets orders right, Tonight I order a box with white meat , they sent dark meat and the chicken was not fresh , this happens all this time with this location.
My kids and I were hungry so we attempted to go through the drive through, “could I get ten biscuits “ “Sir, what is you sayin” “Ten bisc..” “START OVA” “Ten” “REPEAT YO ORDA” “…Ten” “REPEAT YO ORDA” “….I just want..” “REPEAT YO ORDA” “I’m trying to…” “REPEAT YO ORDA” 🤣Yall are hilarious. I even heard her continue as I was driving away. I didn’t get my food but for the last month every time I drive by a Popeyes my kids yell “REPEAT YO ORDA, REPEAT YO ORDA!” 💅🏿😆Goodluck with your Job shanae.
If I could give this place a zero I would. The workers here are disrespectful and abrasive . They were lazy , called us foul names , and used profanity AT US . When we circled back around to get our food after they said we would not because WE were rude for asking to use the restroom while the restaurant was still open ; an hour left before closing mind you , the situation became so potentially dangerous and terrifying we had to call the police.
