Frankly Frankie…thank you. You were not easy, but ultimately fair! The food was hot and fresh and my sides (biscuits, mac & cheese) were present! I sincerely appreciate both you and Sandy for exhibiting customer service. I will probably stop in again. I will remember to dress for business, settle in for the wait & check my order
I went to this Popeye for 4 biscuits and a drinks. After several tries of trying to get the girl at the window to hear us. She kept saying she couldn't understand us. We went to the window no one was there. After a few seconds she came to the window looking mad. I told her what we wanted. She said we had to go back to the speaker. Of course we left. I will never go there again. It was the large black girl that was there. Very rude! 😔
