Ordered a chicken combo asked for honey mustard, they charged for it didn't put it in the bag came back around and refused to give it to us because we didn't get tender and it was the same person who said they put it in the bag the first time who refused to give it us and spoke so rudely like we were stupid for not having tender. Like we didn't ask for a full comp meal for missing honey mustard. I just wanted honey mustard
Love this place!
Restaurant was accepting online orders but when I arrived no one was working. An employee was leaving from the location, I observed they walking out and driving away. I understand emergencies can happen but turn off online orders and place a sign on the drive through and doors. I should say this was about 12:15, lunch time not late night or near closing time.
