The employees were too busy talking to each other completely ignoring the customers in line. Very unprofessional. Chicken had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp way too long.
Everything I ordered was “old”! Chicken hard as a brick, biscuits equally hard. Couldn’t eat it. I ordered on mobile app and didn’t notice til I got home. I wouldn’t serve anybody that quality of food. That food had to be sitting for hours to be that hard.
