The worst Popeyes in Shreveport!!!!!! The worst customer service ever, did not get what I asked for waited 16 minutes for old and cold chicken that has been sitting up for hours, I threw my drink away scared to drink it. If I could rate this place a zero I would🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
If I could give the service a zero, i would. The food was fresh, but the guy in the drive thru needs to find another line of work. Customer service is not his thing. He asked me what I needed when I got to the window. Chicken probably. Just saying
This Popeyes is always good when I go for lunch.
There was no food. Asked for mild or spicy chicken they had none. Ask for Shrimp they didn't have any. She said they had to drop everything and would take 20 minutes after already sitting in line for 20 minutes. Who ever owns that place is losing alot of money!$
