Went today around 10 :20 am the lady in the drive through wouldn’t take orders came inside and ordered no ice in the drink machine got to work and my food wasn’t cooked all the way
This place absolutely sucks. Understaffed (according to the front counter employee who continued to take new orders without filling any of the ones she had already taken). While I waited a man came in from the drive thru who never got his order he had been waiting on. The employees are rude and management was silent and aloof. Damn shame Popeyes has become so bad. I got a family meal (custom, that part I really liked) I however they didn't get the order right. How hard is it to tell a thigh from a breast?!! I also used my rewards points to get a regular side of coleslaw I wouldn't recommend the coleslaw it tasted like it had spoiled. I tried to call the restaurant about it and no answer. I ask you what's the good of being a rewards member if you get poor service and spoiled food?!!
