Subbed my mac and cheese for fries because they were out without telling me lmao
My family and I came to get food at this location, and the lady (African American ) taking our order was SUPER rude to my husband, she got loud with him when he was trying to make an adjustment to his order! She was not friendly at all , and I’ve tried to call to report her behavior to a manager, but they never seem to answer the phone here. Please train employees to be respectful to guests at ALL times

The chicken was good but the sides were not. The red beans and rice had a funny taste. I enclosed a pic of the mac and cheese. It’s a hard pass for me.
The employees here do not care. I just went here on my lunch. I work at the mall. They are slow, stand around, and have 0 customer service. I do understand working in fast food is no joke, but cmon ya’ll. I waited 20 mins for a simple 3 pc tender meal.
