I ordered via the app. They didn't have the item that I ordered. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Telling me there was absolutely no way even with a manager that I could get my money back. I contacted online support with no response either on the phone or in email. This is an absolute disgrace. Whoever manages this location. They need to get their employees together. There was no need to be so nasty and rude to me. I will never return
This Popeyes restaurant was really amazing, like REALLY amazing. Still wish this still had the Cajun Rice. 100% better than KFC.
Horrible customer service. Ordered on the app and they don’t have the items in stock. They refused to give money back. The online help is all ai with no option to speak to a human. Had to call the cops to the store today for help. But still no money back. They will not help and will not give a name and phone number to a human that can help. Every store has a district manager they would not provide that information.
