Very rude employees! We ordered two three piece meals both orders were all thighs. I placed my order via the mobile app. I get to the window, the lady tells me because I ordered all thighs I will have to wait 20 minutes! Yep, that's what you need to do if you want all thighs. I was on the phone with my husband and asked what he wanted me to do, he said go to KFC! I don't know about those negative reviews, but every time I go here it has been a great experience! My food was always fresh, the staff has always been friendly, and if there was anything ever wrong, it was met with an apology and corrected ON THE SPOT. I will keep going here until they do wrong according to those other negative BS reviews.
My server was super nice the best I’ve had in Popeyes
I always go to this Popeyes the chicken sandwiches are the best. I go through drive through they always know my order. The lady at the window is always so nice and friendly. She even gives me treats for my two pups. I would recommend popeyes if you want great chicken sandwiches and the sides are very good also
Supervisor doesn’t know she needs to wear gloves if she has long dirty acrylics. She would rather argue that she’s not “serving food” even though I just watched her make direct contact with the ice and her hands while making my drink and then a drink for the order behind me in the drive-through. When I asked for a supervisor to talk to, she proudly stated she is the supervisor when I asked for a manager’s phone number she would not give it to me. She wouldn’t even give me the store number.
