"Absolutely unacceptable service and management!" 14JAN25 I placed an order through the app at 4:30 PM for pickup at 5:00 PM. Arrived early at 4:50 PM, but my order was nowhere to be found. After a search, they finally located it – the last ticket on the printer, not even on the board yet! Went to order ghost pepper sandwich which is available on the plain chicken as a #1. Cashier placed my order as a #2, which adds bacon and cheese without telling me. I ask nicely for the service manager, and he berates me because he says the ghost pepper sandwich is only available with bacon and cheese, yet the sign board next to his head says otherwise. He then tells me to be more polite as it is hectic in the kitchen.
