I've eaten at Popeyes many times and even at this location. This was the worst food I have ever eaten. I asked for dark meat only and the only thing I got was legs a couple of thighs and breast. I didn't even get a single wing. When did chicken breast turn into dark meat. And I had to wait for it. The chicken looked and tasted old, like it's been reheated after 5 days. I ordered 5 spicy chicken strips for my wife and I to share. I was told it would be a 5 minute wait. So I was told to pull forward to wait. People pulled up behind me and got their food and left. After 20 minutes, I walked in and there was no sign of my 5 spicy strips. They did give me a refund without any problems.
Terrible service, food took forever and was cold when we got it. The manager called the cops on me when I had to go behind the counter to get my own sauce because nobody would turn around and help me. Dumb...
I recently had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location. From the moment I approached the window, both employees displayed negative attitudes. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. The first issue occurred when I received a side I did not order. They were just plain rude. Rolling their eyes anytime someone walks in and then will ignore you for 20 mins finally when you talk to them they just start getting rude saying it’s gonna be a while.
