Sat in drive through for 20 minutes, ordered paid and was asked to pull forward even though nobody else was in line. No communication for 20 minutes, nobody was inside, only the employees on their phones inside the restaurant.
Calling food inspector and your branch this place needs shutdown waste of space here in lake Saint Louis.
This Popeyes is actually a joke. Every single time I come here the service is HORRIBLE. I place a mobile order everytime and they take forever to ever address me at the speaker. Then they have me pull up just to not bring me food for 20+ minutes every time. It’s never busy either, it’ll be just me and I’ll still sit there for 20-30 minutes. you guys need to get your stuff figured out. DO NOT COME HERE.
No one wanted to wait on us. We waited 15 minutes and left. Employee attitude was horrible and it seemed they didn't want to be there. Will never go back to this location
