How is this location not shut down ?? Hire NEW employees and train them right, having a random empty car parked in the drive thru to block it is crazy, this location might genuinely be the worst in the area. Take the drive to ofallon location.
I give this location a try once or twice a year, hoping it has improved, but unfortunately it never seems to. On my most recent mobile order, I waited in my car for an unusually long time, and when I finally got home and opened the meal box, I found items I hadn’t even ordered. I couldn’t believe it, especially considering there wasn’t a single customer inside the dining room or in the drive-thru when I picked up my order. It’s disappointing to see this level of inaccuracy and poor service continue year after year.
They were closed at 11???
So long of a wait and had nothing prepared no tenders, wait for new tenders then tells us no Mac n cheese so another wait an hour waiting for one small box. No one even knows have to give refunds when you asked. Wth is going on here.
